We accept Instant EFT, Visa and Master credit or debit card. Or you can select Direct bank transfer (please email us POP after the transfer).

After you place the order, we’ll process it and inform our shipping company that the order is ready for collection. After the collection you’ll receive the tracking details, where you can track the movement of the parcel 24 hours a day. You’ll also receive  emails about the movement and the status of your parcel.

Yes, you’ll receive an invoice after completion of the the order.

We are strictly online shop, and you cannot purchase or collect goods on our premises.

We ship to most places in South Africa. But you can enter your address in the checkout to make sure if your place of delivery is covered. You’ll also see the shipping cost.
